The Brookfields Restaurant Story
Freshly baked biscuits, muffins, and cinnamon rolls fill the air as customers enter Brookfields each morning. Most items on the menu are made from scratch, from the biscuits down to the salad dressing, just like they always have been. Years have passed and the name has changed, but Brookfields is still home to your favorite feel-good food.

1981
Lee Manolakas, also known as Mr. M, invests in a restaurant off of Bradshaw Road. The restaurant is built on a dedication to good homemade food and sharing Mr. M’s family recipes with the community. He ran Bradshaws Restaurant with his son, Sam, both accomplished chefs.
1980's and 90's
Bradshaws’ popularity booms, and many customers drive for miles to dine there. As the restaurant becomes a hit, more locations open in the area.
1994
In 1994 Bradshaws becomes Brookfields. Fun fact: a customer came up with the name Brookfields, and it stuck!
2010's
Sam and his sister, Stacy, operate the three Brookfields locations with the help of a talented team of employees.
While the original Bradshaws site is no longer part of the group, Mr. M’s original concept lives on in Brookfields’ commitment to unparalleled food made using old family recipes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
